I’ve compiled some of my favorite resources for you. I like to think as these as more tools in your toolbox. I know from personal experience how overwhelming it can be to navigate the web. My objective is to simplify this for you by creating list of content that I’ve found incredibly valuable. The list in not in any order, feel free to explore and see what draws you in.   • This app guides you through the basics, complete with interviews and gentle guided meditations. Dan Harris refers to this as “meditation for skeptics.”. Dan also hosts a very interesting podcast which I highly recommend.

  • From Sharon Salzberg’s website: “Sharon Salzberg is a meditation pioneer, world-renowned teacher, and New York Times bestselling author. She is among the first to bring mindfulness & lovingkindness meditation to mainstream American culture fifty years ago, inspiring generations of meditation teachers and wellness influencers.”

    She offers courses that do a beautiful job of gently guiding and implementing mindfulness meditation. I also recommend reading her books. I’m a huge fan.

  • This gentle yoga introduces movement to help work through grief in an easy and effective way. Studies have indicated the benefit of including the body in healing which we talk about as the mind-body connection.

    Paul offers free resources and classes as well as more comprehensive training.
