Grounding Breathwork

As I mentioned in the previous video regarding my life coaching process, I open most sessions with a grounding breathwork. This video walks you through the breathwork. You can do it with me while the video is running. It's designed to help your body return to baseline. I learned this grounding breathing exercise from one of the mindfulness meditation sessions in the 10% Happier app. The session was led by mindfulness meditation teacher and expert, Sharon Salzberg. I'm a huge fan of mindfulness meditation and try to practice whenever I can. I'll admit that I don't practice as often as I would like, but it's a goal of mine to do so. We all do our best with what we can!
